Term & Conditions:
- Price are in USD/Indonesian rupiah. Total cost of rental fee are inclusive of 5% service charge and 10% government tax(VAT)
- Number of staying in house guest maximum 12 guests. Additional guest up to 4 additional, subject with additional fee IDR577,500 per person per night
- Minimum USD1000 deposit in cash/bank transfer required latest upon check in of each booking period, as security for any damages or losses to the villa or its contents caused by guest. This can be provided in IDR currency based on agreed exchange rate at the time of payment. Review on any damage will done upon and after departure. The deposit will be held 3 days up to 7 days after departure date.
- In the event of any damage amount will be based on villa management discretion and further details on supplier/provider cost. Any remaining deposit will be refund after the fixing/maintenance finished.
- Client is agree to pay extra for any damage cost beyond the provided security deposit.
- Payment Schedule
- 50% due at time of booking
- Remaining balance do 45 days before
- Cancelation Policy
- 20% of prepayments refundable when canceled 45 days before arrival or earlier
- 0% refundable if cancelled after
- If the required deposit or payment is not received based on due date, your booking can be cancelled without any further compensation, on discretion of villa management or representative
- Early check and late check-out can be provided based on availability and additional cost may apply
- Pets strictly not allowed at the property
- Foods and beverages provide with bespoke menu recommendation / selection. Food serve in family style with order place in advance.
- For events; Curfew based on local community law and rules, is 11pm. Event may continue with reasonable/lower audio volume
- For events; Client is responsible in providing food and beverage for the events. Vendors is not allowed to use our service kitchen for any foods or beverages preparation and cooking. Instead client/vendor are allowed to use indoor dining kitchen area or back service/staff area for any food and beverage preparation
- For Events; Client to provide extra power supply (generator) for event lighting, extra entertainment (audio visual); DJ, Live band,etc
- Glass is strictly not allowed for pool party. Recommend to use polycarbonate or disposable cup for safety reason.
- Group of guest represented by stated contact person as main person to be contacted for any further requirement or discussion needed.
